Mind is whirling with many many possiblilties, will i pass or will i fail or merely pass?

I skip lesson yesterday, too tired, hand aching, whole body aching, etc.

Mentally stress and physically painful.

Feel like crying

Feel like shouting

Feeling like jumping....

Ate medicine and going to bed now..ZZzzzZzz monster come to me pls!
